Effective Facilitation: Build Your Skills

Reluctant or not, facilitation is part of the role of every leader. Effective leaders should know basic strategies for successfully running meetings and managing discussion. We will discuss basic tenants of facilitation including role definition, meeting management, and problem solving. Steps to facilitate meetings will be presented as a template for planning meetings and other events that require facilitation.
