Please assign one Parent or D/HH Leader per program to attend and bring back information. 
Captioning will be provided.  For other access needs, please register 1 week prior to the date and indicate your needs.

Registration is required 48 hours in advance.  (One week prior for communication access requests.)

Registration confirmation, Zoom access, password and captioning information will be sent to registrants the day prior.

The Family Support Activities Guide

Explore the Families Support Activities Guide in the new H&V/FL3 “Off to a Great Start” resource intended to assist EHDI Programs, Family Liaisons and Family-based Orgs in reaching your program’s family support objectives. Learn about this comprehensive tool developed by the Hands & Voices Guide By Your Side Program and available for ALL to use.

Learning Objectives:

• Participants will be able to name the constructs of the Conceptual Framework of Parent-to-Parent Support, an evidence-based model.
• Participants will be able to describe the alignment of the Conceptual Framework with the MCHB/Children and Youth with Special Healthcare Needs Blueprint for Change.
• Participants will be able to state at least 3 highlights from the Hands & Voices Family Support Activities Guide.
• Family-based organizations will be able to list ways to help their teams become more familiar with the resources in the guide.
• Participants will know where to find sample Family Learning Outcome questions to assist them in measuring the impact of family support.
• Finally, participants will learn about a new H&V FL3 interactive webpage titled Off to a Great Start” with resources to support the early intervention journey for families.
